I have made payment but the pump island is not responding. What do I do?
If the pump island is not responding, tap on the "X" button to cancel the transaction at the top left of the screen and the payment will be automatically refunded to your Boost wallet.
You will need tap on 'Purchase Fuel' again and select a different pump number and enter the fuel amount.
Please note that Setel Tile is no longer available on Boost App starting 1 April 2022.
