How do I return a damaged/wrong item?
You may reject your received item(s) that are deemed incorrect or below your satisfaction by notifying the Rider.
Once you have accepted your delivered items, the transaction will be considered final and any further returns will be at our management's discretion.
Kindly contact HappyFresh's customer service at mysupport@happyfresh.com within 72 hours together with the photographic evidence (where relevant) for further assistance.
