Why can't I top up my mobile credit?
There are various reasons why you might not be able to top up your credit:
1. Insufficient Boost wallet balance
- Please top up your Boost wallet before topping up your mobile credit
2. Prepaid mobile number might be inactive
- Please check with your mobile operator whether it is inactive and whether they can reactivate it
3. Error in your mobile operator's system at the moment
- Please try again in an hour or so
