If my order is cancelled by the seller on Taobao.com, how do I request for the refund?
Please contact us via email at support@myboost.com.my and provide the following details:
1. Phone number registered with Boost
2. Screenshot of your "Transaction" page
We should need these to validate your payment status with our partner, RevPay
Once verified, the refund will be credited to your Boost account within 7 - 14 working days
