- To check this, please go to "Prepaid" page under "Internet plan" section
- For refund, please contact your mobile operator to check if they allow refunds
2. You subscribed to other value-added services and your mobile credit is deducted accordingly.
- Please check with your mobile operator whether you have existing subscriptions that have resulted in a recent deduction of your mobile credit balance
