This could happen due to:
1. Internet balance that is reflected in your mobile operator's app includes other add-ons (eg. Facebook or Twitter quota). Whereas, internet balance on Boost app refers to high-speed internet balance
2. Your credit and internet balance on the mobile operator's app might not be up-to-date. Please check again after a couple of hours
3. Your credit and internet balance on Boost's app might not be up-to-date.
Please update your credit and internet balance by sliding down the "Prepaid" page.
