How do I pay my Celcom Postpaid bill?
For Celcom users, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the "Postpaid" tab
2. Select "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page
3. Key in amount to be paid
4. Click on "Check" button to confirm your details
5. Once confirmed, you will be brought to the "Success" screen
For non Celcom users, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to "Do More" tab
2. Select "Bill Payments" and click on "Celcom (Postpaid)"
3. Key in mobile number and amount to be paid
4. Click on "Check" button to confirm your details
5. Once confirmed, you will be brought to the "Success" screen
You will receive a message from your mobile operator notifying you of the successful bill payment.
Please note that in the event there is a processing delay, you will be directed to a "In Progress" page. Please do not reattempt to perform bill settlement. You will receive a notification from Boost when the transaction is completed.
