In the event that you have forgotten your 6-digit PIN, you may proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to your "Profile", click "Account Settings" and click on "Reset 6-Digit PIN" under "Security".
2. Insert new 6-digit transaction PIN and you will receive a 6-digit verification code that will be sent via SMS
3. There may be addition questions for verification required before resetting PIN
4. Once you have successfully verified, you can use your new 6-digit PIN
