What should I do if I have been scammed?
If you believe your Boost account has been scammed or involved with fraud, here's what you can do:
1. Do reach out to us immediately through:
(i) E-mail - support@myboost.com.my
(ii) Website - https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. File a police report and submit a chargeback request to your bank for the transaction dispute.
3. Should your Boost account details have been compromised, kindly proceed to immediately change your password and transaction PIN.
