If my order is cancelled by the seller on Taobao.com, how do I request for the refund?
If your order is cancelled by the seller after the your Boost wallet is credited,
Please contact us via email:email@example.com. and provide us with these information:
- Your Boost registered phone number
- A screenshot of your "Transaction" page
- We would need this information to validate your payment status with our partner, RevPay.
Once the status is verified, the refund will be credited to your Boost account within 7-14 working days.
