How do I edit my bill payment account details?
To edit your account details, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the "Do More" tab
- Go to "Boost your.." section and click on the 'Bills & Payment' category
- Select the account you wish to edit
- Fill in the account details you wish to edit
- Click on "check button" to confirm your details and you will navigate to "Pay Bill" page
How quickly will my bill payment be reflected in my biller account?
Payment update to biller account may vary from one biller to another.
To view the service level for a specific service provider go to "Bill & Payment" page and click on the (i) in front of the specific biller.
Based on the biller's processing time, service level may vary from real-time update to 3 working days from the date of payment made.
How do I remove a bill account?
To remove an account, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the "Do More" tab
- Go to "Boost your.." section and click on the 'Bills & Payment' category
- Select the account you wish to remove and swipe left to reveal the "Remove" button
- Click "Confirm" and remove the account
Why can't I pay my Utility Bill?
If you are unable to make a utility bill payment, this could be due to several reasons:
- You may have insufficient funds in your Boost wallet to make the payment. If so, please top up your Boost Wallet before attempting a bill payment.
- There might be a connectivity issue with the utility service provider's system. If so, please try again later.
How do I add New Utility Bill in my Boost app?
To add new Utility Bills in your Boost app :
- 1At the "Home" page select "Do More" / "Pay bills".
- At the Bills and Payment page, select the "Add" icon.
- Choose the Utility Bill you wish to add.
How do I delete any Utility Bills in my Boost app?
To delete Utility Bills in your Boost app :
- At the "Home" page select "Do More" / "Pay bills".
- At the Bills and Payment page, select the "Edit" icon.
- Choose the Utility Bill you wish to delete and Swipe left. A "Delete" icon will appear on the right.
- Tap Delete and the bill will be deleted in your app.
How do I add a new bill account for a selected Utility Payment?
To add a new account under an existing Utility Service Provider, follow the below steps:
- Under the Bill Payment tab, click "Add New Bill Account"
- Select the Utility Service Provider you wish to add an account from the list
- Key in your "Account Number"
- Complete the relevant fields, "Account Holder", "Description" and "Remind Me" (aka bill due date).
- Click on "Save and Pay Bill Now" for immediate payment or click on "Save Account" to store your details.
- Your new bill account will be added under the selected utility provider(s).
How do I view all my spending and transactions?
You can view all your spending and transactions on Boost app by selecting the "Transactions" page on the "Home" page. There, all the history of your transactions will be reflected accordingly.
Bare in mind, the icon "+" is the money added to your account and the icon "-" is the money deducted from your account.
How do I void payments that is made wrongly to merchants?
If a payment is made wrongly to merchant, kindly provide the receipts of payment or a screenshot of the payments made and contact Boost Support via support@myboost.com.my, for assistance.
If a merchant refused my request to pay with Boost, what should I do?
For cases such as acceptance issue by the merchant, please provide specific details of the merchant and contact Boost support via support@myboost.com.my, for assistance.
What should I do if my Boost payment failed at merchant side but my money was deducted?
If a payment is failed but your money is still deducted, kindly provide the receipts of payment or a screenshot of the payments made and contact Boost Support via support@myboost.com.my, for assistance.
