How do I make a FavePay transaction using Boost?
To use Boost as a payment method for your FavePay transactions, head to any FavePay participating outlets, and follow these simple steps:
- Scan the outlet’s FavePay QR code (each partner has a unique QR code); tap the 'Scan' icon and scan the QR code
- Key in the total bill amount
- Select Boost as payment method
- Confirm the amount and click 'Pay Now'
- You will be redirected to the Boost payment page
- Re-confirm the amount and key in your 6-digit PIN Code to complete the transaction
Why can’t I pay using Boost for my Fave transaction?
If you are unable to pay using Boost for your Fave transactions, this could be due to:
i) You may have insufficient funds in your Boost Wallet to make the payment. If so, please top up your Boost Wallet before attempting another payment.
Otherwise, you will be redirected back to the payment page, and prompted to use alternative payment methods such as your credit / debit card or PayPal.
Alternatively, you can reach out to the Fave team at hello@myfave.com or initiate a live chat and their Customer Happiness team will assist you.
Why can’t I pay using Boost for my Fave transaction?
All refunds will be made in terms of Fave Credits which will automatically offset your next purchase on Fave. Otherwise, the cashback will be valid for 3 months, so remember to use them up!

How do I purchase vouchers for myself?
To purchase Voucher(s) Boost app, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Do More" page
- Click on "Vouchers", and select the relevent product category eg: Entertainment, Game credits, F&B, Online Shop etc.
- Click on any of the offer/deals to see the range of vouchers offered.
- Click on your preferred voucher and you will be brought to the voucher information page.
- On the voucher information page, click on T&Cs to view the applicable terms & conditions. Please read through the T&Cs carefully prior to purchase.
- To proceed with your purchase, you have two purchase methods:
Option 1 : Purchase it for yourself at " Purchase Now"
Option 2: Send as a gift at "Gift it"
7. Click on "Purchase it for myself", you will be prompted to insert your 6 digit transaction PIN / use the Touch ID for selected device.
8. The Success page indicates that your purchase was successful and money have been deducted from your Boost wallet

How do I view my purchased vouchers?
To view your voucher purchases, follow the steps below:
1) To view your purchase(s) voucher/ receipt / ticket, go to "Profile" tab and you'll be able to see all* of them under “My purchases”.
*For Online Shopping & Food Delivery - you'll be able to see your purchase(s) until item is delivered
*For Transport - you'll be able to see your purchase(s) until the ride is completed
How do I redeem my vouchers?
To redeem your voucher(s), follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Do More" page
- Click on "View purchased vouchers".
- Click on the "Active Vouchers" tab, and select the voucher you wish to redeem.
- On the voucher page, click on "How to redeem" to view the redemption instructions.
- Swipe the bar ONLY when you want to redeem the voucher.
- You will be prompted to confirm your redemption, click on the "Tick" to redeem.
- The voucher code will be revealed, follow the specific voucher redemption instructions.
*Note: - once you leave the redemption page that has the revealed code, your voucher will move from the "Active Vouchers" tab to the "Used Vouchers" tab.
How do I send a voucher as a gift?
To send Voucher(s) as a gift from the Do More, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Do More" tab.
- Scroll down and click on the relavent product category eg: Gaming, F&B, Online Shop etc.
- Swipe left and right to see the range of vouchers offered.
- Click on your preferred voucher and you will be brought to the voucher information page.
- On the voucher information page, click on T&Cs to view the applicable terms & conditions.
- Please read through the T&Cs carefully prior to purchase.
- To proceed with your purchase, you have two purchase methods:
Option 1 : Purchase it for yourself at " Purchase Now"
Option 2: Send as a gift at "Gift it"
- Click on "Send as a gift", you will be taken to the "Send a gift to" page.
- Choose a contact from your address book, or key in the receiver's mobile number. (You can send gift vouchers to both Boost and non-Boost users by simply selecting the mobile number from your address book.
- Select your preferred wrapper for your gift, or simply click on the Skip button.
- Enter your personalized message.
- Ensure the details are correct and click on the "next" icon .
- You will be prompted to enter your 6 digit transaction PIN.
- The Success page indicates that your gift has been sent and money have been deducted from your Boost wallet.
Who can I send a gift voucher to?
You can send gift vouchers to anyone, even if they are not on Boost and are using iOS.
How will my family/friends receive a gift voucher?
If the receiver is a Boost user:
- Receiver will get a notification from Boost.
- Click on the notification.
- Tap on the card to reveal the gift.
- Click on the "tick" to access the voucher details.
If the receiver is a non Boost User:
- Receiver will get an SMS from Boost.
- Click on the link in the SMS, they will be redirected to a web view of the voucher.
What if my voucher code is damaged or unreadable?
If a voucher code has been damaged or is otherwise unreadable, please contact Boost Support via support@myboost.com.my, for assistance.
I have purchased a voucher from the Boost, but did not receive my voucher code. What should I do?

I keep getting an invalid code error, what should I do?
Sometimes it is easy to get certain letters and numbers confused. Please try the below suggestions to ensure that you are entering the correct code:
-The number 0 (try entering the letter Q or D instead);
- The number 1 (try entering the letter I instead);
- The letter O (try entering the letter Q or D instead)
Check instances of the following pairs to ensure these characters are not being confused: -
The letter B and the number 8;
- The letter G and the number 6
What does "Limit reached" when I tried to purchace or gift a voucher means?
If you are unable to purchase or gift a voucher, and you received a message saying "Limit reached", this means you have reached the purchase limit for that voucher. View the individual voucher T&Cs for more details on the purchase limits. Eg. "You may purchase a maximum of 5 Boost Juice RM10 vouchers every 30 days." A customer who purchased a Boost Juice RM10 voucher on 31st July 2017, goes on to purchase/gift the same voucher 4 more times over the next 2 weeks. The purchase limit of 5 has been reached, therefore the customer has to wait until 31st August 2017 (30 days from date of first purchase for that voucher) before the voucher can be purchased/gifted again
