If your order is cancelled by the seller after the your Boost wallet is credited,
Please contact us via email:support@myboost.com.my. and provide us with these information:
- Your Boost registered phone number
- A screenshot of your "Transaction" page
We would need this information to validate your payment status with our partner, RevPay.
Once the status is verified, the refund will be credited to your Boost account within 7-14 working days.
