Your Boost account or payment account may occasionally show 2 or more identical charges for the exact same amount. If this happens, we recommend confirming that you haven’t added identical amounts of Boost credits twice
View your transaction history in your app by going to the "Boost Balance" screen
We also recommend to check in with your bank. Sometimes a duplicate charge is actually a pending hold that will be automatically removed from your statement.
If you have confirmed that your account has duplicate charges and you suspect that one or more of these charges is in error, please let us know by submitting a request and sharing details. We're happy to review and make necessary adjustments.
