We are sorry to hear that you’ve lost your phone. Rest assured that without your 4 digit security PIN, no one will be able to use or send any Boost credits using your account.
To safeguard your account, we'd recommend that you take the following steps
1) Request a new SIM card from your mobile operator, and deactivate the lost SIM card.
2) Change your passwords and block access to your email accounts on your phone so that anyone who has your phone will not have access to your email accounts
3) Contact us by submitting a request through our website (www.myboost.com.my)
We will send an email to your registered email address and once we receive confirmation from you, we will suspend access to the Boost account from your phone.
This will prevent any form of financial transaction from being conducted through your Boost account.
