If your card is stolen, you are advised to freeze your card in-app immediately. On the card dashboard, tap "Freeze Card". Your card will be inactive for usage.
Should you like to proceed with a card replacement, you may follow the steps below:
1. On the Card dashboard, click "Replace My Card".
2. You will be prompted to confirm the replacement via biometric authentication/six-digit PIN.
Upon successful replacement, your new card will be issued and ready for your use. If you cannot access your app, email us at email@example.com.
