To replace from your Beyond card, please follow the steps below:
1. On the Beyond Card dashboard, click "Replace My Beyond Card"
2. You will be prompted to confirm the replacement via biometric authentication/six-digit PIN.
Upon successful replacement, your new Beyond card will be issued and ready for your use. If you cannot access your app, do submit a request at https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new.
