1) Check if you have sufficient mobile credit to subscribe to the desired internet plan. If you do not have sufficient mobile credit, please top up more mobile credit using your Boost wallet
2) Your prepaid mobile number might be inactive. If your prepaid mobile number is inactive, you will not be able to top up mobile credit or buy internet plans until it is reactivated. Please check with your mobile operator whether this is the case, and if so, whether they can reactivate your mobile number.
3) You may be experiencing connectivity issues. Once you have established connectivity, please try subscribing to the internet plan again
